We are looking for a new HR Manager to work at our Head Office in Wallington, Surrey.
This role is stand alone, so we are looking for candidates that have had some previous involvement with generalist HR duties and are either part or fully CIPD qualified.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Provide a full HR generalist service to Head Office staff, Branch staff and our Franchisees (where appropriate)
- Ensure policies and procedures are accurate and in line with current employment legislation
- Ensure their employment legislation and healthcare knowledge is proactively kept up to date
The successful candidate will be expected to have the following skills:
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise activities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Some previous involvement with chairing ER meetings (grievances, disciplinaries, performance management).
- Excellent presentation skills to deliver quarterly training and take part in quarterly regional meetings (where necessary)
- Ability to manage all company complaints
