Responsibility for the day-to-day co-ordination and fulfilment of centralised contracts.
This involves the following major responsibilities
1. Efficient and timely placement of nursing and care staff.
2. Communicating with key client contacts
3. Liaising with branches to book branch members
4. Build relationships with members and achieve continuity of staff for client projects
5. Visits to clients for contract review meeting
6. Identifying where recruitment is needed to fulfil client requirements
7. Maintenance of accurate records.
8. Increase levels of business through efficient and effective service delivery
We are looking for candidates that have previously worked within healthcare recruitment or qualified RN candidates that will be able to bring nursing expertise to this role.
The salary on offer is dependant on the skills of the successful candidate.
