Support Workers with a minimum of 12 months experience of working with people with a wide variety of learning and physical disabilities.We are able to offer work in a variety of settings including residential settings, respite units, day centres, but predominately within in the community in individual’s own homes - in the Wimbledon, Merton, Richmond, Twickenham, Wandsworth and other surrounding areas within SW London. Ideally you will have a minimum of NVQ3/NVQ2 in Health and Social Care / Ldaf or equivalent, or working towards a qualification.You will also have excellent communication and written skills, be enthusiastic, flexible, reliable and empathetic with a clear understanding and knowledge of ‘outcome based’ support and care.In return we will offer you excellent rates of pay, holiday pay, free on going training, reimbursement of CRB fee, referral bonuses and many other benefits |
