5. To report weekly to the Branch Manager on sector performance
6. Co-ordinate the daily operation for the office and ensure an effective service delivery
7. Carry out recruitment of Nurses and Carers in accordance with ISO and CQC requirements
8. Conduct recruitment activities that ensure equal opportunities are afforded to all candidates
9. Identification of training and development needs for members.
10. Maintaining up to date and accurate records of all members, clients and placements, in line with procedures set out in Quality manual and as required by SCRC, using Webroster
