With over 35 branches across the country, each offering a 24-hour service, 365 days per year, Prestige Nursing is committed to servicing the needs of the local community. We are looking for an individual to manage a designated Branch of Prestige Nursing and service the existing clientele to the highest standard. You will be accountable for ensuring full compliance with quality and legislative standards.
This role involves the following major responsibilities:
1.Regular client visits/contact to retain and develop additional business with existing clients
2.Development of a recruitment strategy to match the business needs
3.Performance management of branch staff.
4.Ensure efficient and timely placement of nursing and care staff.
5.Day to day management of the branch, including the maintenance of accurate records.
6.Providing reports/information for Regional Manager/Head Office as required
7.To meet objectives set by Regional/Business Manager
8.Compliance with ISO, and CQC requirements/legislation
9.Achieve and maintain Registered Manager status with CQC
10.On call duties as agreed locally.
Knowledge of the healthcare recruitment market would be advantageous.
The Branch Manager must be deemed suitable by CQC as a ‘fit’ person. Applicants must hold a driving licence and have access to a car. |
