Must have experience with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Challenging Behaviour. Young Male child needs male carer due to condition, must be willing to cover at short notice, evening and weekends. Enjoy swimming, walking and other outside activities. Ideal candidate must be calm but effective in manner. |

Objectives – Provide a high quality of care, respect individuals and confidentiality of each client. Respect the client’s independence and authority and be courteous and fair at all times. Ensure that health, safety and welfare for clients and yourself are maintained at all times. Communicate with clients and members of the office effectively and with an understanding manner. Maintain report writing in line with the care plan of the clients in the report book. |
