Every company offering nursing and homecare staff will promise you?ll be happy with who they send, but at Prestige Nursing + Care we guarantee it. Our unique Service Guarantee offers our clients a full refund on any shift carried out by our staff if they are unhappy with any aspect of the care provided. Our only request is that you notify us of your dissatisfaction within 12 hours of the shift ending. Outside this time, our normal complaints procedure will apply.
