We offer a flexible service that is tailored to the changing needs and wishes of the service user to maximise their own abilities and choice at all times. Our service users are actively involved in the planning of their live-in care package. We provide this service for longer term care or for respite care, we also offer support on funding options such as self directed support.

Continuity of Care

We understand how important continuity of care is especially for clients suffering with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. The benefits of this strategy are to be found in the consistency of contact between the Live-in care worker and Service User. This will ensure that each Service User’s preferences and needs are clearly understood and met over the duration of the care package. Continuity of care helps with familiarity and builds a trusting relationship with the Live Care Worker.
