All service-users are provided with a professionally prepared Needs Risk Assessment and care and support plan. Estimates of costs will be supplied at the initial risk assessment.Do you provide continuity in care?
We believe that it is essential more than one Care Worker is assigned to a care package - no matter how small that package may be. A minimum team of two people ensures that in the event of staff sickness or holiday etc., the Service User will still receive a call from someone that they are familiar with and who understands their wishes, needs and the required outcomes of the service.Do you have a minimum number of visits?
It is of uppermost importance that our services are tailored to your needs and wishes which are discussed at the initial assessment. So if you require only want one call a month or you need assistance for attending appointments then we are more than pleased to provide that care as and when needed. We offer clients a quality service and value guarantee. If the service user is not totally satisfied with the member of staff that is providing a service to one of the service users, then we will either immediately replace them or refund the charge for the person in question, provided we are given up to 12 hours' notice.What happens if my care worker does not turn up?
If your care worker does not turn up on time for a shift you must call your local branch immediately. The telephone number will be given to you at your initial assessment. The branch will then contact the care worker to see what has happened, whilst keeping you updated all the time.How do I arrange your care at home services to be delivered?
