CARE AT HOME FOR DEMENTIA SUFFERERS

At Prestige we recognise that whilst public awareness and knowledge of Dementia and Alzheimers is slowly increasing, how we deliver care at home to people with these conditions still needs to be specialised so that we get the very best results.

With this in mind we have developed our own Dementia Strategy to meet the changing demands of clients with this condition and have also appointed a Dementia Ambassador to champion awareness and understanding within our business.

We have been working with specialist training provider Jackie Pool Associates to ensure that all staff who care for those with Dementia do so in a way that protects their dignity and independence.
