Maria Everett - Assistant Manager
	Maria has worked in the health care sector for over 15 years. She has previous experience as a carer, support worker and care co-ordinator in various care settings such as hospitals, nursing and residential homes and in the community. Before working for Prestige she worked for a local Hospice for 6 years both on the In Patient Unit and also providing respite for patients in their own homes. Maria joined Prestige in September 2009 as a Recruitment Consultant and became Assistant Manager in December 2011. Maria is responsible for carrying out Risk Assessments and writing Care Plans for new clients whilst also ensuring that existing client’s needs are met. Maria has a passion for working in the Care Profession and enjoys the challenge of developing the business for the Dartford branch.

Cristian Buck - Director
	With a background in financial services, business development and sales, Cristian took on the Branch Director role at the Prestige Dartford and South East London franchise in 2011. Since starting his career in the Health and Social Care sector, he has and continues to build on the knowledge and experience needed, to strategically direct an established franchise. Dartford franchise has been supplying care services within the community for over 12 years.

Natalie Woodside - Recruitment Consultant
	Natalie moved to England from Belfast in April 2010 where she previously worked as a receptionist in a Financial Practice.. Natalie started with Prestige Nursing as a Residential co-ordinator and over the last 2 years has developed skills and has increased her responsibility now by managing homecare packages.
