Croash opened the Northampton branch in 1998 after completing his Nurse Training at Luton University. He is the Franchisee and Branch Nurse at Northampton. Croash is actively involved in the recruitment of Registered Nurses and also carries out and oversees Risk Assessments and Care Planning for clients. Croash is also responsible for branch development, sales, and marketing. |

Lisa Joined prestige in 2012 after a career in teaching. Lisa worked as a Care Assistant for the Primary Care Trust and has now combined her teaching and care experience to become the Branch Trainer. Lisa coordinates and delivers training for our members. Lisa has vast experience of delivering emergency procedures, training on behalf of St Johns Ambulance. |

Claire joined Prestige in 2011 as a Director and is responsible for branch management. Claire worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for several years before studying Adult Nursing at De Montfort University. Claire Manages the day to day running of the branch to ensure high standards are achieved and manages compliance with regulations. |

Helen joined Prestige in 1999. She assists Zara and Lisa with admin duties, as the Office Administrator. Helen is also actively involved in recruitment and works with a number of clients in the community. Helen has vast experience in working with children and young adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour. |

Lisa joined prestige in 2008 after qualifying as a Social Worker. Lisa is highly experienced in caring for the needs of children and young adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour. Lisa coordinates care for clients and is also actively involved in recruitment and charity events. |

Zara joined prestige in 2008 with vast experience in Mental Health settings. Zara has an NVQ in Health and Social Care and also completed an Access to Health course. As well as her coordinator duties Zara is actively involved in recruitment for the branch. Zara, along with Lisa Zajac, enjoys organising charity events for the branch to get involved in. |
