Prestige Nursing + Care's office is located in the centre of Swindon within easy reach of the bus station and car parks. It covers Swindon and surrounding areas including Marlborough, Devizes, Chippenham, Cirencester and Lechlade.

The majority of our activity is in the delivery of domiciliary care and support services, covering a wide range of client groups including older people, individuals with physical disabilities, sensory impairment, dementia, mental health illness, learning disabilities, children and young people.  We also provide specialist services for conditions such as acquired brain or spinal injury, end of life care and breaks for carers.  We operate a re-enablement service, which is aimed at supporting individuals on their discharge from hospital and during their rehabilitation.

We work with the local authority, PCT, NHS and Private Clients, providing individual and tailored packages to meet their needs.  Our services are delivered on an approved and preferred, framework and spot purchase basis. We also provide care to individuals who purchase their care through direct payments and work with a number of local authorities in implementing Personal Budgets and Individual Service Funds.
