I would also like to comment that your lovely ladies made sure they were always on time, even in the evening after dad has his fall, in spite of the snow. The District Nurses and Impact Team were refusing him support, as they said they could only get out by 4x4 cars, they only had one, and then said it was the Carers job to check he was ok - I can't say I know many Carers with 4x4's! Your ladies didn't make any fuss about coming out in bad weather (some of the District Nurses said they couldn't get to work), and dad thought they were great. Jenny (my sister) and I are also very grateful that overnight support was arranged so quickly. If you know of a Reviews website for companies such as yourselves, where I can place comments, please let me know. I would very much like to let other people know you come highly recommended.

I am writing on behalf of my sister and myself and our entire family to express our deepest gratitude for the superb palliative care and respect that was extended to our mother in her last days and hours and moments of her life. Words can never express the appreciation for the care and support given by D.

This lady was so supportive and the care given was in my opinion well above the expectation of the role of a care worker. D was very professional in her approach, but at the same time her caring, loving bedside manner contributed to making this very sensitive and stressful and emotional time very easy to deal with.

Please would you be so kind to pass on this to D, we will be eternally thankful to her and she will always be in our thoughts.

I would just like to take a moment to applaud the staff that support people with a learning disability within our leisure centres (Cascades, Cygnet and Swanscombe). Your staff are fabulous, motivated and professional and really take the time to ensure their clients have a fantastic experience in whatever activity they are taking part in.
