Surrey-based Prestige Nursing, one of the leading franchisors in the £4Bn homecare and healthcare staffing industry, today announced even more support for its growing number of franchisees through its partnership with Challenge Marketing, the telemarketing specialist.
Prestige Nursing is passionate about its franchisees spending as much time as possible on those activities that allow them to exploit two distinctive but complimentary markets – healthcare staffing and homecare services and designed a unique franchise package to allow them to do just this. Jonathan Bruce, Managing Director, explains why he wanted to add further marketing support to the package. “As our focus is on building a franchisee’s business quickly and sustainably, we already manage many of the time-consuming back-office functions like payroll for them. As a consequence, they spend more of their time on key activities like recruitment and business development, and our link with Challenge Marketing will allow them to further strengthen their presence in the important residential care market”. Prestige chose Challenge because of their long history of working with other franchised businesses in related fields and because of their willingness to learn all about the healthcare staffing market. Stewart Charleton, MD at Challenge takes up the story. “A key part of Challenge’s approach to working with new clients is to ensure that we understand their business fully before we start telemarketing on their behalf. With Prestige we attended part of their new branch manager training course, as well as working on a detailed brief with Jonathan and the team”. Working with both new and existing franchisees, Challenge has been very successful in building awareness of Prestige’s services to residential care clients and there has been an appreciable rise in new business as a result. Jonathan Bruce is certainly happy with the result; “Translating the interest in Prestige that Challenge has generated into actual sales still requires the energy and expertise of the franchisee, but it is a big advantage having a company with the expertise of Challenge working alongside us and the franchisees” |
